Kani-miso Crab intestine mixture, is considered a delicacy in Japan and is most often served as part of an hors d’oeuvres tray or as an accompaniment to sake. Kani-miso is available canned.

Snow crab The sweet-tasting flesh of this crab is usually sold frozen or canned. The snow crab itself has a roundish pinkish-brown body and long legs. It is also known as the queen of the crabs.
