Sushi Mix

This is a packet or jar of pre-prepared ingredients for chirashi-zushi (mixed sushi), made by stirring the packet’s contents into the rice. The garnish of shredded nori is also included in the packet. The flavour is sweet and it contains MSG (monosodium glutamate).
