Charging the Siphon Gun

  • About
There are two types of charging bulbs available for siphon guns. One is whipped-cream chargers (nitrous oxide) and these are for providing volume to creams, like the whippy cream stuff you find in supermarkets. The other type is a soda bulb (carbon dioxide), used for carbonating liquids such as soda (club soda) or tonic water. For this recipe, you will need the soda bulbs. You could add different flavours to grapes to create your own classic cocktail. Use black grapes for a fizzy Kir Royale with sparkling wine and blackcurrant liqueur. Or fruit purées and spices such as vanilla.
