  • About
Small, cylindrical beans with a bright green skin. Used whole, but the split and hulled version is more common and yellow in color. They do not require presoaking. Cooked beans are often spread over rice flour pastas; packed into a savory, sticky rice mix with meat; or used in che and other sweet desserts.
