  • About
Edamame beans are soybeans that are still green and unripe in their pods. They are in season from summer to early autumn. Boiled edamame beans are commonly available as a side dish in Japanese restaurants, enjoyed for their light, sweet flavour. Fresh or frozen edamame beans are easily available from supermarkets.
