  • About
Although cucumber season is in summer, cucumbers are now available all year round. The Japanese cucumber is less watery and has a firmer texture than regular cucumbers. It is also generally shorter and more slender compared with other varieties. The Japanese cucumber is enjoyed for its crunchy texture and sweet flavour.
