Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce

Also popular in Thai cooking, this seasoning sauce is made of soybeans, salt, and wheat flour. It’s often compared to both soy sauce, which is also made with fermented soybeans, and Maggi Seasoning Sauce, a vegetable-based concentrate, but is both saltier and sweeter. A little bit goes a long way in dishes like our Caramelized Fish and in the dressing for our Papaya Salad. Store in a cool, dry place such as a pantry for up to a year after opening.
