Take 6 anchovy fillets, moosh them up and add them to the Perfect Mayonnaise recipe at the same time as the vinegar and mustard. This is a sandwich sensation with roast lamb, beef and any manner of crisp and fresh vegetable-based fillings. To be honest, it is so addictive, you might just want a small bowlful of it on hand at every meal for dunking and dragging through.
