Cutting Slices or Cakes

When cutting fridge slices, millionaire’s shortbread and brownies, heat a knife in a jug of boiling hot water. Quickly wipe dry to remove the water and cut the slice with the hot knife, repeating the process as you go. This gives a nice clean finish with tidy edges.
