In much the same way as garlic and ginger, you can’t beat the convenience of frozen or canned spinach. The benefit here is perhaps less tangible, as wilting fresh spinach leaves is the work of moments, but when you take into account that one drained can or a few cubes of frozen spinach is the equivalent to that large bag of fresh spinach taking up space in your fridge, and that frozen or canned spinach will sit dormant in your cupboard or freezer for months on end, then the benefit becomes immediately obvious.
