  • About
A little bundle of aromatic herbs - usually parsley, thyme and bay leaves - tied with string to prevent dispersal and used to flavour stocks or sauce. The contents of a bouquet garni change according to region. Shop-bought versions are often wrapped in muslin and mass-produced ones come packaged like tea bags.
