Rum and Raisin Butter

Add 1–2 drops of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar, 60ml rum and 2 tablespoons soaked raisins to the butter, then beat until smooth. Proceed as for the savoury butter, rolling it up in clingfilm.
