  • About

A medium coarse-grain salt that remains moist to the touch. It has a fresh flavor and lacks a distinctive salty flavor. This is an excellent choice for vegetables and salads because it accentuates the fresh flavors. Because of the natural residue or algae that is left in the salt, marsh salt has a light green, grayish look.
