Sake a Japanese alcoholic drink made from rice fermented in a process similar to beer-making. It can be served both warm or chilled. One of the oldest kinds of alcohol in the world and so intrinsic to Japan that the word โ€˜sakeโ€™ often refers to all alcohol there.
