Fresh herbs are a great way to brighten up any recipe, whether sweet or savory. Use mint to garnish a scoop of chocolate ice cream, and curry leaves to flavor the marinade for popcorn chicken. Blend tarragon for a savory lassi. When cooking with dried herbs, use less than you would fresh, as they have a more concentrated flavor.
