I recommend owning at least one good quality nonstick skillet/pan. Not only does nonstick mean less oil, but it makes it easy to care for, too. I also have a Cast Iron Pan, but it’s more difficult to make items like gluten-free tortillas or wraps in them, and they require more care and upkeep. I recommend having a selection of skillets and saucepans in different sizes (at least one medium and one large skillet and a small, medium, and large saucepan).
