- Step 1: Lay out your filling, wonton wrappers, and a bowl of water on a work surface.

- Step 2: Hold a wonton wrapper in one hand and place a teaspoon of filling in its center.

- Step 3: Dampen your finger in the water and moisten the entire edge of the wrapper.

- Step 4: Fold a corner diagonally over the filling, forming a triangle. Press the edges together to encase the filling.

- Step 5: Bring the two bottom corners together and press to seal.
