Chinese Celery

Leaves of this herb look like a cross between cilantro and a celery leaf. It has a very pungent, celery-like flavor and is used sparingly in soups and salads like the Thai cellophane noodle salad, as its strong flavor is more akin to a powerful herb than a vegetable.
