Purple Corn Extract

Purple corn is found in South America and is a rich source of antioxidants. We use the extract, which has a wonderfully intense colour and is the most natural purple food colour in the world. The extract is extremely intense in colour, meaning small amounts can be used to colour confections without a corn/maize flavour being detectable. It is available from health food stores and online.
