Producer of an esoteric oil made from the kernels of plum stones, used to scent almond dishes at the Manoir. You can contact the farm direct on tel 0553 70 21 55, but they will tell you to go to Agen covered market to track down (expensive) 25cl bottles of Huile vierge d’amandons de pruneaux.
