Laser thermometer

An analog or digital thermometer with a laser component that uses an infrared beam to read surface temperature. Mixtures should be stirred lightly as the temperature is taken to get the most accurate reading. The laser thermometer is helpful for measuring the temperature of tempered chocolate.
