A citrus fruit that looks like an orange (although much less uniform in appearance), but tastes like a lime. Known as naranja agria in Spanish, sour orange is widely used in Caribbean and Central American marinades. If unavailable, substitute 3 parts fresh lime juice to 1 part regular orange juice.
