  • About
Long, dark green, ridged fibrous pods from the horseradish tree. Drumsticks, so called because of their rigidity, need to be cut into lengths before being cooked. The inner pulp, the only part eaten, is scooped out with a spoon or scraped out with your teeth. Buy uniformly slim pods. Sold in Indian food shops.
