How to make your own self-raising flour

Should you only have plain flour but need self-raising for a recipe, it’s easy to make your own. Use the following ratios and you have homemade self-raising flour without needing to pop to the shops. To every 100g of plain flour, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder, then sieve to combine.
