How to make a magic chocolate sauce

This is what I call magic chocolate sauce as it’s quite like that one you used to be able to buy which sets on contact with cold ice cream. In a bain-marie or a microwaveable bowl, melt together 50g of chopped dark chocolate, 10g of dairy-free margarine and 1 tablespoon of golden syrup. Stir until fully combined and glossy.
