Aquavit

Produced since the fifteenth century, it is primarily a Scandinavian liquor that derives its unique flavor from caraway seeds, star anise, dill, or fennel. Aquavit is the perfect substitute to vodka or gin in a cocktail when you are looking for an earthy character or viscous texture. We prefer Linie Aquavit, not only for its superior flavor, but because it also crosses the equator twice before it’s bottled, and no, it doesn’t need a passport!
