Brandy

A category just as broad as whiskey, brandy can be literally anything distilled from fermented fruit juice. Cognac is one of the most well-known examples, but here we experiment with Spanish brandy. Brandy de Jerez exemplifies the best of Spanish brandy; it must be aged in used sherry barrels in the district of Andalusia, allowing for full and complex flavors.
