prosciutto crudo Parmesan cheese rocket (arugula) and olive oil
chilli pecorino cheese and melon jam
preserved artichokes truffle oil and pecorino cheese
mozzarella cheese and grilled capsicum* (pepper)
grilled eggplants* (aubergines) and pesto
sliced long-boiled beef or veal salsa verde and chilli oil
