Oval to rounded; pale apricot-pink skin; creamy flesh. Steams best, to palest peach; flesh is lightly tinted, with rich consistency, mild; pleasant skin. Baked, the flesh is less delicate but has fine balance. An improvement on most white-fleshed rose-skinned varieties.
