Pink-fleshed types (Rose- to Red-Skinned): Fontenot

Recently introduced, this round, russeted potato has bright pink skin and white flesh. Steamed, the skin turns candy bright; flesh is waxy, not starchy. Baked has a sweet honeyed scent, tasty skin, waxy flesh; skin looks dumpy.
