Golden- to tan-skinned potatoes: Charlotte

Small to medium oblong; smooth, thin, pale golden skin; yellow-cream flesh. Baked, it has a lasting, warm, sweet flavor and tender skin. Steamed, it is satiny-soft and flavorful, but skin is less pliant.
