Use a blowtorch to fire a small cinnamon or cassia stick. Wet the inside of a glass then set it upside down over the smoking spice whilst you make your favourite cocktail, possibly something with dark rum or whisky. Decant into the still-smoking glass and serve with the heady aroma wafting over you.
