Fié, occasionally written Fiét or Fiers, old Loire synonym for sauvignon gris. This clone has largely been abandoned because of its remarkably low yield, but producers such as Jacky Preys of Touraine pride themselves on their richer versions of Sauvignon made from particularly old Fié vines.
