Institut des Sciences de la Vigne et du Vin de Bordeaux (ISVV), brings together under one roof in Villenave d’Ornon, a southern suburb of Bordeaux, the grape and wine research teams and students of several different academic institutions, including bordeaux University’s faculty of oenology, Bordeaux Sciences Agro, and inra Bordeaux. The current director general is Denis dubourdieu.
