Piping Bags and Nozzles

I have a selection of piping bags and nozzles in various sizes. You can buy disposable bags (or make your own using parchment which I do recommend - you can go online to see how easy it is and then you can practise fine writing and decorations) or washable ones. Recipes normally give a size for a nozzle where the larger the number, the larger the nozzle. Don’t worry too much if you don’t have the exact size. Try to have a small, medium and large nozzle available to make the job as easy as possible. Make sure your piping bags are always comfortable in your hands and remember to always squeeze from the top while using the bottom hand for direction.
