My entire world revolves around food: on the road 350 days of the year, camera in hand, photographing the world’s top chefs and their wonderful food everywhere from Battersea to New York to the Bahamas. I am in perpetual motion, it’s usually summer, and I‘m surrounded by the sights and sounds of a wonderful new country every week. Now, in Around the World in 80 Dishes, I want to share the most delicious food I have come across on my travels: eighty recipes by some of my very favourite chefs, many of whom are dear friends and who shared these adventures.
