My Favorite Smokehouse or Prepared Bacons

When I am not cooking with my own homemade bacon, I am likely using bacon from one of my favorite smokehouses listed below. The best part is that many of them can be purchased in grocery stores and all are available online for ordering. This is by no means a comprehensive list or even a best list. It’s a starting point with some of the best bacons—with a good mix of flavors beyond just wood-smoked. I leave it to you to determine your favorites, but I’ve included my tasting notes to help guide you.
