To Defrost

When you are ready to cook with the sausage, remove from the freezer and defrost in the refrigerator. Follow these rules:
  1. Do not remove the wrapping.
  2. Place the sausage on a plate in the bottom of the fridge.
  3. Leave in the refrigerator until fully defrosted.
Very important: You should never defrost sausages at room temperature. Defrosted sausage should not be re-frozen until it has been thoroughly cooked.
