Baked Explorations

Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito’s first book, Baked, was published to major critical acclaim and raved about across the blogosphere. Since then, Lewis and Poliafito’s Brooklyn—based bakery has continued to garner national recognition: They’ve gone on to open a second Baked in Charleston, South Carolina, and their products are now found in stores across the country.
