Microwave Melting Method

Put chocolate chunks or chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in the middle of the microwave. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove the bowl and stir the chocolate (warning: the bowl may be very hot), and place the bowl back in the microwave on high for another 30 seconds. Remove and stir. Continue melting in 15-second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted, shiny, and smooth. Do not overheat.
