  • About

Breakfast is many things to many people. It defies, almost completely, a true definition and any set of rules, standards, and categorizations. Breakfast can be as simple as a toasted baguette with butter and jam or as extravagant as pancakes with sausage, bacon, and eggs. On the flip side, breakfast can also constitute a cup of coffee with a cigarette (the breakfast of choice of a dear college roommate of Matt’s) or it might be cold pizza with hot sauce and tea (another friend’s preferred breakfast of champions).
