Good-quality baking equipment is both attractive and functional. I like to keep my favorites, such as rolling pins, fluted tube pans, and decorative molds, on permanent display and close at hand. Because I so value well-designed tools, through the years I have always had an eye toward what I think would be the ideal pieces of equipment. This has led me to create my own line of bakeware under the name Rose Levy Bakeware. It is available from Amazon and LaPrima Shops.

Note that sources throughout this chapter are listed when distributors are exclusive or the item is hard to find, but this can change. Some places will special order or direct you to the distributor if they no longer carry a given item. And, of course, the Internet is an excellent way to search for just about anything.
