Hops

It may be the grains that do most of the hard work in the beer brewing process, but it’s often the hops that take the glory. Hops give beer its unique bitter taste and aroma, and it’s the brewer’s job to select their preferred varieties for each style – adding them at just the right moment to take advantage of each hop’s individual characteristics.
