To be honest, it’s easier to make caramel decorations without a specific idea in mind. Depending on temperature and flexibility, the caramel will be more or less easy to manipulate. What’s certain is that your garnishes will always be beautiful, even if they’re slightly misshapen or your caramel’s less than perfect. Be wary of moisture as this will ruin your caramel creations.

Never prepare decorations too far in advance and don’t be too demanding of perfect results on a rainy afternoon.
