  • About
As customers enter the dining room of The Carved Angel, they pass the open wooden shelves laden with jams, jellies, preserves and pickles. It is a welcoming sight, a promise of good food to come, of a kitchen that anticipates and delights in the abundance of seasonal produce. Whether he buys a small jar of marmalade, or a large glass urn filled to brimming with olives or goats’ cheeses marinated with herbs in olive oil, it is a way for the satisfied customer to take home a reminder of a happy meal.
