Which Instant Pot® Model to Buy

The Instant Pot® company is committed to ever-evolving and finding ways to up the ante with its device. I will therefore caution you not to ditch your current model for the newest model if you really do not need to. My recipes have been tested on the Duo, Duo Plus, and Ultra. I think these models all work well and offer the multi-functionality that is needed for the recipes in this book. There are just a handful of no pressure steam recipes that can only be done in the Ultra. If you own the Lux, you will have to play around a little. The Lux does not have the adjustable temperature settings and several of my recipes use low pressure cooking. In addition it also does not have a Yogurt setting. Having said that, there are plenty of recipes in this book that will work with the Lux. I also made my instructions generic enough that you can try the recipes with other multi-cooker brands.
