The sheer number of buttons on the Instant Pot® models can be quite complex and confusing. My first word of advice is to learn the basics before you make the pre-set buttons work for you. Not all the Instant Pot® buttons are used in this book, so I will walk you through the ones that I have commonly used in my recipes.
