Exploring the World of Soups

The some what random collection of soup recipes that follows includes some of my favorites, and I’ve chosen them to show some additional techniques and also encourage your creativity. We start with my new favorite version of chicken noodle soup, followed by two onion soups, and then a few others round out the selection. They are hearty, main-dish offerings that, along with a simple salad, make a full meal.
