Rolling & Cutting

Pasta can be tolled into sheets by hand or, more quickly and thinly, with a pasta machine. After a brief drying time the pasta sheet can then be cut, by hand or using the attachments on the pasta machine, into a wide variety of shapes and sizes, depending on your chosen recipe.
