Fresh oysters served straight from the shell are one of nature’s works of art. Oysters can also be cooked (they work particularly well with bacon) or topped with a creamy sauce.
The following Oyster recipes each require 24 shucked oysters in the shell. Arrange the shells on a bed of rock salt on a tray (the salt helps to steady the Oysters).
